So glad you’ll be at= tending Author Alley. We are trying to limit the number of books per author= to a handful, so if you have one or two other titles you’d like to p= romote, I would just need the title, price, ISBN, and genre. Preference wil= l be given to books published more recently. Between yourself and Laura Pes= kin, you’ll have an entire 6-8’ table so this should be enough = to accommodate a good number of books.
Let m= e know if you have any further questions, as I’m happy to help.
Take care,

Lauren,
Thank you for choo= sing to participate in Author Alley 2017 at Loganberry Books on Saturday, J= uly 1, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Your receipt of this email means you are regi= stered and that we are looking forward to seeing you!
Author Alley is part of the annual Larchmere Festival, a c= ommunity street festival which brings around 5,000 people to our neighborho= od, and includes special sales by Larchmere merchants, friends, and residen= tial neighbors. If you wish to take a short break any time in the course of= the afternoon to experience the rest of this exciting event, we encourage = you to do so.
= p>
We ask that you please = drop off copies of Preserving the Shaker Parklands at Loganberry B= ooks at your earliest convenience, no later than June 20th. We a= sk that you supply between 15 and 20 copies. If you have any questions or c= oncerns, you can send an e-mail to carm= en@logan.com and we will do our very best to assist you.
Load-in of additional supplies (bookmarks, po= sters, pamphlets, etc.) in Loganberry’s Author Alley next door to the= shop should begin at 11 a.m., so everyone can be well-established by start= time at noon. However, please do not arrive prior to 11, as staff will be = occupied with festival logistics and set-up. After unloading, you will need= to park vehicles elsewhere. We will update you with parking current inform= ation as soon as it becomes available. You will not need to bring additiona= l books on the day of the event.
We = are very excited about this chance for the community to meet and support lo= cal authors, and hope the Festival proves enjoyable for you as well. It is = a great opportunity to meet and network with your fellow authors and your r= eaders. We truly appreciate our local talent, so thank you again for your p= articipation.
