Here’s the final version of the arrangement for the July 5 front-page notes on the Plain Dealer and the Cleveland.com digital mobile impressions starting Monday, July 1. The Executive Committee agreed on Thursday, April 4 to add the additional amount for this purpose to the Festival’s advertising budget, Harriett. I’m thinking we may want to track the effectiveness of this approach by saying something like: "bring this front-page note, or show us the Cleveland.com digital impression on your phone, and receive 10% off your purchase from any merchant showing the note in their window”.
